Frederick Machine and Manufacturing is an ISO 90001:2015 certified turnkey supplier and repair service for large-sized components and assemblies for OEMs, Construction, and MRO. No project is too big or too small. We are an all-in-one shop with capabilities for welding, machining, turning and fabrication enabling us to offer shorter lead times and competitive pricing.

- Design and Engineering Capabilities enable us to fill in the gaps in your specifications.
- On premise welding, machining, turning, fabrication provide for shorter lead times and improved quality.
- Capability in aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.
- Waterjet cutting – Up to 7 ft x 12 ft. x 6 inch plate for lower stress, better finish, tighter tolerance, faster turnaround cutting.
- Turning up to 72 inch dia., and 55″ diameter x 20′ – 0
- CNC Machining up to 64”x 51” x 50”(5 axis).
- Backup Machine for Production Capacity Redundancy in our equipment for delivery of risk mitigation.
- Welding certified to Section IX and AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.6.
- Nuclear – Experience with documentation requirements and workmanship standards; NQA-1 Auditor on-site.
